The Staff

Woodside Hall is managed by a Matron (R.G.N.), experienced in the care of elderly people and we have a team of qualified trained Staff and Care Assistants who provide 24-hour support in a professional, caring and kind manner, thus providing a safe and relaxed environment.

The Residents are treated with respect and dignity at all times. Each resident is appointed a Key Carer who will ensure the care and safety of that resident.

All Staff are subject to an induction programme and are trained in first aid, infection control, adult protection, health and safety, pressure area care, manual handling and fire procedures.

Woodside Hall is served by local General Practitioners and Residents are encouraged to remain with their own personal doctor where possible. We can arrange for our Residents to be escorted from the home for all hospital and other appointments.
