The Staff

Woodside Hall is managed by a Matron (R.G.N.), experienced in the care of elderly people and qualified trained Staff and Care Assistants who provide 24-hour support in a professional, caring and kind manner, thus providing a calm, kind and relaxed environment.

The Residents are treated with respect and dignity at all times.
All Staff are subject to an induction programme and assessment of training needs. This will include, pressure area care. Manual handling lectures and more. Fire and Health Safety checks are also carried out regularly.

Woodside Hall is served by local General Practitioners and Residents are encouraged to remain with their own personal doctor where possible. We can arrange for our Residents to be escorted from the home for all hospital and other appointments.
